Thrive! Launching Connecticut’s Quality Recognition & Improvement System (QRIS)

CSG worked with the United Way of Connecticut 2-1-1 Child Care and the Office of Early Childhood to launch Connecticut’s Quality Recognition and Improvement System (QRIS). The statewide program included the development of print materials and the Thrive website – to introduce the system, outline, the new child care education standards, and provide a portal for training registration, for child care providers and early childhood educators.

We also developed a public relations program that included by-ine and feature articles, opinion editorials and press releases aimed at consumer, business and vertical press.
